“The owner, Seth, came out to inspect the job and give an estimate. He was very thorough in examining the items to be cleaned, and gave a detailed explanation as to what methods of cleaning (steam vs. dry cleaning) he thought should be used on each item. The technicians arrived on time and were courteous and very professional. They confirmed the items that were to be cleaned and each method of cleaning for each item. They were very careful with my household items and did a good job. My pure white couches I was really impressed how clean they got them. They had trouble getting one stain out, but had told me that it could be difficult to remove. They still did a good job on that one particular area, and the stain is hardly noticeable. My tan couch looks brand new again. One suggestion I would have is to tell the client to move the pillow cushions around when drying. I had left the couches untouched for most of the day, and was then surprised at how damp the seat base of the couch still was by that evening. I took a hair dryer to the base and it dried quite quickly. Otherwise, I would recommend them, and I will use them again when I need to.” Rhonda Hastings, West Hills
